  VII.Entry Requirements
  1、投稿作品應(yīng)為作者原創(chuàng)作品，不含侵犯他人著作權(quán)、境內(nèi)外專有出版權(quán)、肖像權(quán)、專利權(quán)等以及其他侵犯任何第三方合法權(quán)利的內(nèi)容。嚴(yán)禁使用高仿、代筆、抄襲他人、否則造成任何法律糾紛或責(zé)任，作者自負(fù)。
  1.Submitted works must be original creations by the author and must not contain any content that infringes upon the copyrights,exclusive domestic or international publishing rights,portrait rights,patent rights,or any other legitimate rights and interests of third parties.The use of high-quality imitations,ghostwriting,or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.Should any legal disputes or liabilities arise,the author shall bear full responsibility.
  2、投稿類別：中國(guó)畫、油畫、水彩粉畫、綜合繪畫、雕塑、漆畫、版畫、裝置、數(shù)字藝術(shù)、兒童畫等不同藝術(shù)的表現(xiàn)形式。
  2.Submission categories:Various artistic forms such as Chinese painting,oil painting,watercolor and pastel,mixed media painting,sculpture,lacquer painting,printmaking,installation art,digital art,and children’s art.
  3、作品內(nèi)容積極向上，反應(yīng)新時(shí)代新風(fēng)貌藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作。題材、風(fēng)格、形式不限。
  3.Works must convey positive and uplifting content and reflect the artistic creativity of the new era.Subject matter,style,and format are not restricted.
  4、參評(píng)作者需提供作品高清電子版圖片（JPG格式、大小5MB－10MB之間）1張，以國(guó)籍+姓名+作品名稱+畫種+尺寸+聯(lián)系電話+首屆中俄藝術(shù)作品雙年展等規(guī)格命名，信息不全者不予受理。
  4.Each entrant must provide a high-resolution digital image of their work(JPG format,file size between 5MB and 10MB),with the file named in the following format:nationality+name+title of work+category+dimensions+contact number+First China-Russia Art Biennale.Submissions with incomplete information will not be accepted.

  自行投稿一人僅限投稿1張（含合作），多投者（重復(fù)投稿者）不予受理。展覽評(píng)選委員會(huì)對(duì)征集投稿作品與推薦送評(píng)作品進(jìn)行分類評(píng)選。作品評(píng)選結(jié)果在西安市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)公眾號(hào)公布（入選作者由主辦方聯(lián)系填寫《作品信息登記表》）。
  Each individual may submit only one work(including collaborative works);multiple or duplicate submissions will not be accepted.The Exhibition Selection Committee will evaluate both submitted and recommended works by category.The selection results will be announced on the official WeChat account of the Xi’an Artists Association(selected authors will be contacted by the organizers to complete the“Artwork Information Registration Form”).

  （一）本次展覽中非西安市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員作者的入選作品且作者本人符合《西安市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)入會(huì)章程》條件的具有加入西安市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)申請(qǐng)會(huì)員的條件一次。
  (1)Non-members of the Xi’an Artists Association whose works are selected for this exhibition and who meet the requirements of the“Xi’an Artists Association Membership Charter”are eligible to apply for membership once.
  （二）本次展覽作品由西安市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)公眾號(hào)及主辦單位編輯宣傳展覽及推廣媒體公眾號(hào)。
  (2)Works submitted to this exhibition will be promoted and publicized through the official WeChat account of the Xi’an Artists Association and media accounts managed by the organizers.
  （三）本次展覽為線上網(wǎng)絡(luò)展，入選作者及作品由官方公眾號(hào)分期發(fā)布并公布入選名單（無(wú)參展證書），如有需求作者需要參展證書（紙質(zhì)版）需單獨(dú)填寫入選相關(guān)資料。
  (3)This exhibition is an online event.Selected artists and works will be published in stages on the official WeChat account,and the list of selected entries will be made public(no participation certificates will be issued by default).If a participant requires a printed certificate of participation,a separate application with the relevant information must be submitted.
